The latest edition of ISO 9001:2015, ISO's flagship quality management systems standard, has just been published on 15th Sept. 2015. This concludes over three years of revision work by experts from nearly 95 participating and observing countries to bring the standard up to date with modern needs.

Quality for 25 years: Instead of self-congratulation, though, let us look to the future. In particular, let’s review what ISO/TC 176/SC 2 is doing to ensure its standards continue to provide a solid foundation for quality management over the next 25 years.

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:

a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. All the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 are generic and are intended to be applicable to any organization, regardless of its type or size, or the products and services it provides.

OUR POLICY

The driving force of French Cert-UK is predominantly one of professionalism and quality of service, which is based upon the proven skills of its people.

It is therefore the policy of French Cert-UK to establish and maintain effective schemes for the approval and certification of management systems as well as the delivery of management system, under the umbrellas of Accreditation Bodies and IAF requirements.

French Cert-UK is a living and dynamic entity relying upon the input from Accreditation Bodies, Clients, the Advisory Board and internal personnel to enable on-going improvement and relevance to all stakeholders.

Operate a management system in compliance with the requirements of ISO17021.
Meet any specific requirements of the IAF
Carryout business activities in a non-discriminatory manner.
Ensure that audit activities are carried out in accordance with our scope of accreditation and within the requirements of ISO 17021, ISO 22003, ISO 27006 & Other Accreditation requirements.
Offer a service to the best of our abilities, which is independent and impartial and seen to be fair, cost competitive and of high integrity
Undertake continual improvement in the way we conduct our business and the services we offer
Avoid imposing undue financial or other conditions on clients or potential clients
To ensure that our staff understand the philosophy of French Cert-UK, and to train them to fulfill their talents, whilst operating to agreed formalised management systems.

The organization shall have access to French Cert-UK certification services. In addition, access to any of the certification services shall not be restricted on the grounds that the applicant does not apply for other services or it is member of particular group or association.
